This time in the AC franchise you are thrown into France. Set in the French Revolution your virtual playground is a full scale 18th century Paris, and its packed with things to do.

 

Side quests are as intriguing as the main campaign and Ubisoft has ditched the standard multiplayer format in favour of a new 4 player co-op, which in my opinion is one of the many things incorporated in this game that the franchise has been lacking from the start. 

Combat and free running  have also been reworked to provide a more challenging yet realistic experience, no more leaps of fate! Also a new very helpfull feature has finally appeared,Stealth Mode, a simple tap of L2 puts you in sneaky ninja mode, sort of a must for any game with ASSASSIN in the title!

The all new 2 - 4 player Co-op allows you to take on various missions and heists with friends and when you have a good group of friends playing this can be the most enjoyable part of the game. Expanding on this is the club feature, Make or join a club and take on other clubs for the true right to be called Legendary Assassins...
