Where do we start. This is a great take on the whole zombie thing, you know the lone warrior fighting to save the world from the zombie virus/infection.

You start as a spy/soldier being sent in by a government agency to secure a document lost/stolen during the zombie outbrake. As the story progresses you see your character turn from hardened super spy to generelly sympathising with the people suffering.

Apart from the main story quest the game is riddled with side missions, that have you explore/collect things. This game is truly open and pretty much every obstacle can be overcome with your skills, tools and weaponry. Exploring this game turns up secret weapons, locations and the ocassional easter egg.

 

Even if you try and burn through the story you then have the multiplayer mode where you can play as....a zombie. If that doesn't get you excited nothing will.
